Sy fokus is om Christen- professionele en sakeleiers en hulle personeel te ondersteun en verder te help bemagtig as volgelinge van Jesus Christus veral in hulle daaglikse besigheids- en werkomgewing. Dit is Company Care se visie om ‘n instrument te wees in die uitbreiding van die Koninkryk binne die wêreld van die Maandag-tot-Saterdag-werkweek.

‘n Unieke seleksie van media (CD’s, DVD’s, literatuur in verskillende tale) wat op ‘n gereelde basis verskaf word, gee vir personeel, kliënte en andere toegang tot die Goeie Nuus van die Evangelie en kwaliteit-lering oor die aktuele, praktiese betekenis daarvan as die enigste weg na egte geluk en lewenskwaliteit. Dit sluit materiaal in oor terreine soos lewensoriëntering, goeie verhoudings en sosiale/gedragsvaardighede, Koninkryksbeginsels in die markplek, besigheids- en werketiek, en sinvolheid en vervulling in persoonlike en professionele lewe.

Hierbenewens bied Company Care ook ander dienste waar daar spesifieke bedieningsbehoeftes daarvoor is, soos persoonlike en groepsgesprek en -ondersteuning. Voorts fasiliteer ons die gebruik van gespesialiseerde aanverwante diensverskaffers wanneer dit benodig word. Company Care kan dus ‘n belangrike bydrae lewer tot die geestelike welsyns- (“wellness”) funksie van werkgewers-instansies.

Ons streef verder daarna om netwerkkontak onder Christen- professionele en sakelui te bevorder met die oog op onderlinge samewerking en solidariteit tot voordeel van die Koninkryk.

Company Care beskou dit as sy primere roeping om ‘n intersessievennoot vir elkeen van sy lede te wees.

A WINDOW TO OUR WORLD

COMPANY CARE’s core focus is to serve as a Christian ministry in the marketplace, supporting and empowering Christian business persons and professionals and their staff as followers of Jesus Christ within the everyday business and work environment. Its vision is to be an instrument in the expansion of the Kingdom of God into the world of the workweek from Monday to Saturday – sometimes regarded as being unrelated to the church / religious part of our lives, as if less suitable for the light of God’s Word or less subject to its authority.

As its name would suggest Company Care is about the real change that God’s loving care, and the gentle power of His Spirit, can make in our daily routine, and the way it can transform us into fountains of living water for others and our lives into shining reflections of His glory even in this unlikely environment. It is our belief and experience that there is an ever widening circle effect of spreading the Good News from within the workplace, and that His Word will never return to Him void without accomplishing what He desires (Isaiah 55:11).

Through a unique selection of media (CDs, DVDs, literature), access is provided, in the workplace itself, to the Word and quality Biblical teaching on its practical relevance as the only way to real happiness, significance, and quality of life. This material covers fields such as good relationships, behavioral/social skills, Kingdom principles in business, work ethics, and joy and fulfillment in personal and professional life.

Apart from providing this media material on a regular and ongoing basis, Company Care is also offering, according to specific ministry needs, services such as personal and group consultation, and is furthermore facilitating the use of providers of specialized associated services where needed.

It strives to promote networking among Christian business people and professionals for the purpose of enhancing co-operation in serving the interests of the Kingdom.

Company Care regards it as its primary role to serve as an intercession partner for each of its members.
